April 13, 2018 March 2018 Statistics Release Statistics include Fort McMurray and surrounding area. As we continue into 2018 the trend we have seen this past few months continues. Single family home sales continue to increase slightly over same time last year and the number of homes for sales is down as is the number of listings coming on the market. All in all this has helped to keep the average single family home price in check, all indicators are pointing to a busy spring.
